2008 Wakeman Fishing Derby
The Wakeman Police, along with the street department and fiscal office, had a record setting attendance this year for the derby. There were 44 contestants with plenty of food and pop to go around. Oh yeah. The largest fish caught this year was 14 ¼ inches, and that’s huge!!!!! We all had a great time and hope to see everyone next year.
