POLICE BLOTTER This page was last updated August 22nd, 2008 Aug. 2, 2008 at 12:25am an Officer was contacted by a Wakeman Twp. resident wanting to report he was assaulted in the parking lot of Friendship Sunoco. Aug. 2, 2008 at 11:30am an Officer was contacted by a Pleasant Street resident wanting to report she was receiving harassing phone calls. Aug. 2, 2008 at 4:30pm an Officer was contacted by a Sheffel’s Trailer Park resident requesting a welfare check of a neighbor. Aug. 2, 2008 at 9:20pm an Officer was contacted by a Deer Run Drive resident wanting to report a suspicious vehicle parked at the end of the street. Aug. 3, 2008 at 10:30am an Officer was contacted by a Railroad Street resident wanting to report a domestic situation occurred and is locked out of the residence at this time. Aug. 4, 2008 at 12:20pm an Officer was contacted by a West Main Street resident wanting to report a civil dispute. Aug. 5, 2008 at 4:40pm an Evan Busek age 27 of Wakeman was arrested for disorderly conduct. Busek was found to have injuries from an ATV accident and was transported by Citizens Ambulance to Allen Hospital. Aug. 5, 2008 at 9:00pm an Officer was contacted by a Sheffel’s Trailer Park resident requesting a welfare check of a child that was observed without adult supervision. Aug. 6, 2008 at 00:32am an Officer was contacted by a Railroad Street resident wanting to report a domestic situation in progress. Aug. 6, 2008 at 6:00pm a Jeffery Blackford age 49 of Wakeman Twp. was arrested for operating a motor vehicle while under a driver’s license suspension. Blackford was cited and released. Aug. 8, 2008 at 5:51pm an Officer was contacted by a Railroad Street resident wanting to report the theft of a dirt bike. Aug. 8, 2008 at 7:43pm an Officer was contacted by a Franklin Street resident wanting to report a property dispute. Aug. 9, 2008 at 5:10pm a Timothy Mullins age 22 of Parma was arrested for operating a motor vehicle while under a driver’s license suspension. Mullins was cited and released. |
