The Wakeman Police in conjunction with Citizen’s Ambulance is bringing back the once popular “Vial of Life” Program.
All you have to do is fill out the piece of paper that we supply with your important medical information. Place the information in the pill vial that we also supply and place the vial in the refrigerator door. We will know right where to look. This vial could help emergency personnel evaluate your condition more effectively and help us to locate your family immediately if we need to. This program is available to all Wakeman Residents at no cost. This will be especially effective for residents who live alone. The vials are available at the Wakeman Police Department and Citizens Ambulance.
